Now that the dust has settled, I just wanted to write and express my thanks to both of you and your entire team at Schrader & Robertson Commercial Auctioneers for the excellent job you did with the auction of my commercial property near the I-64 interstate in Clark County.  As you know, I had been involved in the property for over five years and had become discouraged at the possibility of selling the property through a traditional real estate listing.  I now believe that deciding to sell the property at absolute auction through your company was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

You agreed to work on an aggressive schedule, but yet I feel very comfortable that you left no stone unturned in terms of identifying potential buyers.  You personally talked to a host of people I never would have thought of as buyers and the auction was well advertised.  In other words, your contacts and knowledge of the region and a lot of hard work made the auction the successful venture it turned out to be.
